To get the color, I took the black line-drawing in photoshop, and duplicated the layer. I went to Hue + Saturation and 'colorized' the top layer- and made it blue and saturated. Then I went to town with a Gaussian blur until it was a faint blue glow over the black line. I wanted to look as cozy and he probably felt after a big feed! Thanks!
